Annie was able to fix an issue with my nails and have then looking healthy again, she gave information on how to stop this issue arising again.

This time it took 1.5 hours and they aren’t anywhere near as good - thick, uncomfortable and the shape isn’t great. When doing BIAB - please stop doing one nail at a time and asking us to put our hand under the UV lamp to dry a single nail. Time under the UV lamps is damaging to our skin.
Do all 5 fingernails with BIAB so that they can dry at one time.
Also, I have cuts on my fingers from where the technician filed my nails too close to my skin - I had to pull my hand away a few times. For the future, if the nail file is hitting skin, just know that it feels like a papercut (and is).

I was quite disappointed to be charged more than expected at the end of my appointment. I had booked an infill, which was listed at £40, but was charged £45 due to cuticle removal — a service I didn’t specifically request and wasn’t informed would incur an extra charge. I would have appreciated being told about the additional cost beforehand. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency felt quite misleading.
